- Preventive Maintenance (PM)
We provide scheduled PM service to help ensure system are
running at optimal performance, where worn out spare part are replaced, and printer
is cleaned. This service helps to reduce emergency calls and extend the of your printer.- Emergency Maintenance (EM)
Customer who sign
up for Maintenance contract will be given top priority by our Technical Team. After hours and special request are available at reduced rates for customer
with maintenance contract
. Customer on maintenance contract
will also be eligible for a loaner unit of the similar printer model while their printer is being repaired without paying any extra charges. Only
customer who sign
up with
maintenance contract will be provided with loan unit while printer
is being repaired.
